Early on Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance. -John 20:1

  1. When it feels like you’ve LOST IT ALL

13 “…They have taken away my Lord,” she replied, “and I don’t know where they have put him.” … 16 “Mary!” Jesus said. -John 20:13, 16

  1. When FEAR takes over

That Sunday evening the disciples were meeting behind locked doors because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders. Suddenly, Jesus was standing there among them! “Peace be with you,” he said. -John 20:19

  1. When you need PROOF

“Put your finger here, and look at my hands. Put your hand into the wound in my side. Don’t be faithless any longer. Believe!” -John 20:27

  1. When you’ve BLOWN IT

A third time he asked him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt that Jesus asked the question a third time. He said, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Then feed my sheep.” -John 21:17
